Vivo, which is working to expand its product range, is set to introduce the highly anticipated S20 series soon. The smartphones recently received 3C certification, and the latest reports highlight the expected technical specifications.
What will the Vivo S20 series offer?
Smart leakster Smart Pikachu revealed the key technical features of the Vivo S20 series. According to the leak, the standard model will feature a 1.5K resolution flat OLED display and a 6,500 mAh battery. Additionally, the rear will be equipped with a dual-camera setup. The Pro model, on the other hand, will have a curved display and a triple-camera array with a telephoto lens.
The Vivo S20 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7-series processor (likely the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3), while the Pro version will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor.
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is built on a 4nm process and includes 1x 2.63 GHz ARM Cortex-A715, 3x 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A715, and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores. Meanwhile, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 is also manufactured using a 4nm architecture and features a core setup of 1x 3.25 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3x 2.85 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, and 4x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720.
According to sources, the Vivo S20 series is expected to be released at the end of this month. However, there has been no official announcement regarding the exact technical specifications or release dates of the smartphones yet.
